Listings
Offers, Requests and Services use the complete product catalogue when posting. Public filters only show models with active entries.
Auctions
Auctions run for 14 days and use 1-minute Anti-Sniper protection. Closed auctions can require access approval.
Communication
Customer-to-customer communication is restricted to eligible VIP members. Current limits are 20 characters per message and 100 characters per conversation; contact data is blocked.
Company Profile
Profile changes are submitted for Admin review. The approved profile remains active until a replacement is approved.
Membership
Membership and VIP rights are shown in the Account area. Auction creation requires active full access.

Use the Support area for account or marketplace issues.
