This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with AUCTIGO.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@auctigo.global.
  2. State that you are requesting deletion of your AUCTIGO personal data.
  3. Provide enough information to identify the relevant AUCTIGO account or verification request.

What happens next

AUCTIGO will review the request and process it in accordance with applicable data-protection and legal-retention requirements. Data that must be retained for legal, security or compliance reasons may not be deleted immediately.

WhatsApp-related data

The same deletion request process can be used for personal data processed in connection with AUCTIGO WhatsApp verification.
