AUCTIGO is a B2B marketplace. Customers can use WhatsApp to start an account-related phone-number verification request.

How the service works

  1. The customer starts verification on the AUCTIGO website.
  2. AUCTIGO prepares a verification message for WhatsApp.
  3. The customer sends that message from WhatsApp.
  4. AUCTIGO uses the sender information and the verification request to match the WhatsApp message with the corresponding AUCTIGO verification request.

How WhatsApp platform data is used

AUCTIGO uses WhatsApp platform data only for the requested AUCTIGO function. This may include the WhatsApp phone number or sender identifier, message content required for verification, message metadata and delivery status.

These data are used to process and secure the verification request and to associate the WhatsApp message with the corresponding AUCTIGO request. WhatsApp contact details are not published on the public AUCTIGO marketplace.

Data use
